1. Booking Confirmation and Payment Terms

1A Booking is not confirmed until the booking confirmation form is completed and returned. 

1B By signing this form, you are hereby in agreement with our new booking terms.

1C This booking confirmation form is only valid for 24 hours. If the form is not signed and returned within the 24 hour period from which it was received, your booking will automatically revert to a 2nd option.

1D Full payment to be made in advance prior the booking.

1E No refund policy in case of cancellation.

1F Until further notice any booking confirmation form that is signed and returned, will be subject to full payment of the agreed fee for the duration stated on the booking form if cancelled.

1G Catering and equipment to be paid in advance once is confirmed. 

1H Discounted day rate is subject to a shoot credit in the printed version of the magazine and studio tag (@millrowclub) on Instagram stories and posts. Failure to receive the shoot credit/ tag, will result in the remaining discount being paid in full.

2. Booking times / overtime

2A Bookings times start as agreed on booking confirmation form.

2B Overtime will be applied and charged by the hour (at full rate) if studio has not be vacated by 6pm.

2C Overtime and extras to be paid by cash or card or through holding deposit money by the end of the booking day.

3. Set Up and Take down time

3A Overtime will be applied and charged by the hour (at full rate) if studio has not be vacated by 6pm.

3B Clients must include set up and take down/clean up time within the hours booked, to avoid overtime charges.

4. Cleaning & leaving the studio in reasonable state

4A The studio must be left in reasonable state at the end of clients booking to avoid additional cleaning charges (at discretion of the studio).

4B For events and large shoots with 20+ people, we have a standard cleaning charge of £50-£250 (rate to be agreed prior to booking and is depending on size and nature of the booking). The cleaning charge is based on leaving the space in reasonable state and a higher rate is chargeable if the space is left particularly dirty. Any additional cleaning charges are taken out of Holding deposit payments.

5. Holding Deposit

5A Holding deposits is required prior the booking and will be returned within 24 hrs of your bookings. (Damage, additional chargeable items, overtime, additional cleaning fee will be deducted from your deposit). 

6. Collection / Returns

6A Returns need to be collected on the day of your booking. Collection after 6pm will be billed and treated as overtime.

6B Returns can be booked the day after the shooting and will be billed and agreed within client and studio.

7. Use of Equipment / hire Set Build

7A If you are renting equipment through the studio, must be returned promptly at the end of the hire period in the original condition, and the client is liable for repair or replacement cost for any missing or damaged equipment.

7B Clients may not, without the written consent of MRC studio, remove the equipment from the studio area.

7C Set Built hire must be booked in advance, 24hour notice.

 

8. Breakages, Losses and Damages

8A Any missing hangers will be charged £2.50 each at the end of the shooting day.

8B Clients are responsible for any breakages, losses or damages caused to the premises or hired equipment by the client, or any other person(s) during booking time.

8C All equipment used is at the risk of the client and MRC Studio shall not be liable to the client for any loss, damage, expense, or for any consequential loss (including loss of profit) arising out of or in connection with; any damage to or loss of property by the client or third party; any breakdown, stoppage or failure of the facilities/equipment provided by MRC Studio.

8D Alterations or an addition to our premises or equipment is not permitted.

9E Clients must check any equipment provided and must notify the studio at the time of supply if equipment is damaged or if the condition of the equipment is not acceptable. The client is responsible for any breakages or damage if the studio was not notified at the time of supply.

9. Littering and Waste Disposal.

9A Clients must not litter and drop waste on the inside or outside of the studio, and must put all litter in internal bins. Outside spaces must be kept clean and litter free. Failure to do so will result in additional charges.

9B Any additional rubbish that does not fit in the bin provided, must be disposed by the client.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to variation. The studio is not taking any responsability for any changes.
